Self-care is self-love. One of the first places we can start showing ourselves more love is with our health. Your health is about much more than your physical health; it includes your mental, emotional, and spiritual health as well.
In this workshop, we will discuss ways to use your intuition to tap into what your body desires and how to support it in your health journey.
This workshop is NOT about dieting or diet culture. It is about learning to listen to one’s whole body to find what works for you as well as find support from your community on that journey.
