Messy Yoga Mom: When Anxiety becomes Rage

Anxiety can be one of the tough emotional and physical sensations to experience. Anxiety comes in many forms, including anger and rage. Anxiety is an overactivation of the sympathetic nervous system, our response to stress.
This month, Messy Yoga Mom will focus on methods to calm the sympathetic nervous system as well as ways to develop awareness of root causes and triggers of anxiety.
