Clutter. I have it, you have it, we all have it. Whether is it physical, mental, or emotional clutter, we all have to deal with it. Most times, the accumulation of clutter is due to a lack of presence or awareness, rather than a personal defect. We are rushing around so much that we have to store away things to get stuff done. That stuff grows and grows until we are forced to face the mountain of clutter in our spaces.
This month’s workshop focuses on developing awareness of our clutter (all types) and providing ways to process our clutter in a meaningful and constructive way.
