Gentle Yoga with Chelsea is a weekly, 60-minute yoga class devoted to accessibility and inclusivity. The class focuses on gentle movement and poses to open up the body and still the mind.
This class is for all bodies, all ages, and all yoga levels. Students are encouraged to use props and modifications to suit their needs and intentions.
